Yoga in the Park: Together We Heal
Come join yoga instructors, Lisa and Piper along with Piper's Purpose as they lead gentle yoga and create a safe space for each person to come as they are. This alternative approach to grief has been created for those looking for a physical expression to help them navigate their grief, sadness and vulnerable emotions after loss. We hope this space can best serve medical professionals that work in environments where they witness and manage grief and loss of patients , as well as those who have experienced loss of a loved one.

RTZ HOPE 6 Week Support Groups
Visit RTZ HOPE to view 21-22 virtual support group offerings and webinars. All groups are facilitated via zoom by an RTZ HOPE member, some meet for many weeks and others are a one-time sign up. Proces vary, scholarships available. Information/Registration LINK
Mindfulness and Writing Circle (May)
It can be challenging to identify and schedule time for yourself and your healing when you are walking the path of grief and managing the details of your daily life. This virtual circle is created for you with this challenge in mind. Our aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, caring space to explore how mindfulness and the writing process can support you as you navigate this journey.
The monthly circle includes two, one-hour sessions (1st and 3rd Mondays). Sessions include guided meditations, writing/drawing prompts, and opportunities to connect more deeply with yourself and others. You will also receive mindfulness and writing practices to take with you for on-going support.

Painting without Perfection
Join the #purposecommunity for a one time event for 'Painting with Pam'. This event is for bereaved families and their friends. This will be done via Zoom and is meant to provide a relaxing time for friends and new connections to paint and enjoy like company. Register by emailing piperspurpose2020@gmail.com . Cost is $5 and you will be emailed a list of supplies needed after registering.
